Career Path

Abdullah Aljirafi, born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, began shaping his career through the U.S. college system, representing Howard University in NCAA Division I for four seasons. During this time, he stood out not only for his performances on the pitch but also for his academic commitment, earning recognition in both the Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Alongside his university career, Aljirafi gained competitive experience in the U.S. semi-professional circuit, playing for Patuxent FA in the USL League Two and for FC Moco 1776 in the UPSL, where he registered 3 goals and 3 assists in 10 matches. These experiences gave him valuable exposure to different playing styles and competitive environments.

On the international stage, Aljirafi has represented Saudi Arabia at U23 level, featuring in the Al Abtal Cup as part of the Saudi Future Falcons program, designed to prepare young Saudi players for professional football abroad.

In 2025, Aljirafi completed a new step in his career by joining Sevilla FC, where he will reinforce the Andalusian side as a left winger, bringing technical skill, pace, and versatility to the squad.
